  Paid 500.00 and Not repaired. Refrigerator still does not freeze or get below 10 degrees. They said my ice maker was broken but freezer was not getting cold enough to make ice so we removed what was probably a perfectly good ice maker and left it out because they wanted to charge another 125.00 to replace that. Spoke to the business owner who also owns the Sears store in town and she said they took an ice maker out of a new refrigerator at the Sears store and put it in and said it worked and that we could even have the ice maker since they had been trying to fix the refrigerator for 3 months. When they delivered it there was no ice maker and the main guy who works there (Lance) said that the owner told him to take it out and acted like I was a liar. They said that they replaced the fan at no charge and the refrigerator is the same. They said it works at their store but not at my house must be my outlet. The outlet ran another brand new refrigerator just fine. The refrigerator still builds up frost on the back until it cant cool and slowly the temp starts dropping until it is unsafe and stops making ice. I will never go there again or to the Sears franchise if this is the kind of service I will get. They will not do anything about it. I feel like I was robbed.
